How to start Competitive Programming?

The first and foremost thing in competitive programming is to learn C++ in Unix Environment. It is not tough, rather easy compared with Turbo C++. So, what is need to learn C++ in Unix?

About Code@Amrita

Code@Amrita is a coding community at Amrita University, Amritapuri campus. The objective of Code@Amrita community is to organize seminars, workshops to promote coding culture and competitive programming among the students interested in coding. The community is not yet formally inaugurated. Apart from the activities in the campus, Code@Amrita will also deliver one day workshops in schools. Two such workshops have been completed so far. One was hosted at Cochin Refineries School, Ambalamugal. Another workshop was conducted at the campus itself for Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta students.
